- An automated notification e-mail is sent when the storage utilization reaches 90%
4. Are there any limits for sending e-mail on YaaniMail?
- Maximum size for composed e-mails should be 50 MB or less.
- There is a 20 recipient limit per hour when sending emails.
- There is a 500 recipient limit per day when sending emails.
5. How can I use YaaniMail?
- You can use YaaniMail by visiting yaanimail.com through your desktop or mobile web browser or you can download it to your mobile devices through Google Play and Appstore.
6. How do I create a new account?
- Enter your name and surname.
- Choose your username.
- Choose your password.
- Set the security question and type the answer.
- Confirm the user agreement.
- Enter your phone number.
- Type your mobile phone to Fast Login * on the page that will be opened.
- Confirm the screen on your phone.
- Enter Fast Login password on the screen that will pop up (if you don't have a password, you first need to set it).
- * Fast Login is a customer verification service that can be provided through a mobile phone number without sharing the personal information of the user.
7. What are the password requirements?
- The password must be 8 characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.
- It is not allowed to use 3 consecutive numbers

- Using your YaaniMail credentials:
- You can login with your e-mail address and password that you previously created for YaaniMail.
- Using Fast Login:
- Type in your mobile phone to Fast Login on the page that will be opened.
- Confirm the screen on your phone and enter Fast Login password.

- YaaniMail is a service accessible by all operator subscribers.
10. How many devices can I use to access my YaaniMail?
- YaaniMail is accessible on any number of devices.
- 'Remember me' option is available for 10 devices. When an eleventh device is registered through ‘remember me’, the first device is opted out of the list.
11. How many different accounts can I create with the same mobile Number?
- You can have 10 YaaniMail accounts registered on same mobile number.
12. Is Yaani e-mail free?
- YaaniMail service is free of charge.

14. I don't have a recovery email; can I register?
- It is not mandatory, but we recommend you to set the recovery e-mail to avoid losing your e-mail account in case you forget your credentials.
15. Do I have to register with mobile number?
- Yes, mobile number verification is important to protect your data.
16. My mobile number has changed, how can I login?
- Go to settings
- Choose your account
- You can add/update your phone number
- Re-confirm your mobile number using Fast Login.
17. Can I sign in on different email applications?
- You can use YaaniMail with any e-mail application which supports POP3 and IMAP protocol.
- Your POP3 and IMAP settings should be active. You can activate Pop3 or IMAP settings from YaaniMail Web -> Settings menu.

- Click 'Forgot password' button on YaaniMail login page.

- You can reset the password by using your recovery email address.
20. How do I compose a new email?
- You can compose a new e-mail by clicking the pen icon on the bottom right side of the application.
- On our web interface, you can compose a new e-mail by clicking the pen icon on the upper left side of the page.
21. How can I redirect from my other accounts to YaaniMail?
- If the e-mail application that you use lets you use redirect your emails, it is possible to redirect the e-mails.
22. How do I change my username?
- Your username is the email address that you created and it cannot be changed.
23. How do I add a signature?
- Go to Settings → Profile
- You can add a signature text on 'signature' section
24. How do I change my profile photo?
- Go to Settings → Profile
- You can select an existing picture by clicking ‘+’ at the bottom of 'Profile' heading or you can take a new picture with the camera and save it as your profile photo.
25. How do I attach photos or files to my email?
- You can add a file to your mail by clicking the paperclip icon on the top right of 'compose mail' screen.
- You can open the camera and take a Picture (in app)
- You can select images or videos from your current photo library
- You can add files from your device.
- The files you attach to your e-mail should not exceed 50 MB and should not be more than 10 files.
26. I have deleted my e-mails; how can I recover them?
- Mails automatically go to 'trash', when you delete it.
- E-mails in trash are automatically deleted after 30 days.

- Go to 'settings' of the phone and select YaaniMail
- Set message settings according to your preference
28. How do I permanently delete my e-mails?
- An e-Mail automatically goes to 'trash' when you delete it.
- The e-mail is permanently deleted if you delete the related e-mail in 'Trash'.
29. How can I search through my e-mails?
- You can search for the e-mails by typing the relevant keyword into the search bar
- You can also filter the result according to flagged, has attachment or unread/read status.
30. How can I get help with YaaniMail?
- In 'Settings', you can send us your suggestions/complaints or problems via “contact us” or “send feedback” section.

- On the web, you need to turn on the "Group emails in the same conversation” under Settings> Account> General,

- You can create a new folder under 'Settings > Folder > New Folder'

- You can log out of your e-mail account by clicking 'Settings - Log out'.
35. How can I delete the e-mail account I have created?
- To delete your account on our web site you can click “Account settings > Delete my account” or on our IOS app “Settings > Accounts > Personal Info > Delete my account” . First you need to verify your YaaniMail password. Your account will be inactive for 30 days. If you log into your account within 30 days, your account will be active again. If no logins are made for 30 days, all your data will be deleted.
36. How can I set Out of Office messages?
- You can use the auto reply feature to tell others that you are not eligible to reply to e-mail messages. With this feature, the message you specify in the date and time interval you set will be sent to all users who receive e-mail.
37. What is the rule feature and how is it used?
- With the rules feature, you can define automated actions for the specific incoming e-mails. For example, filtered e-mails can be moved to a specific folder or deleted according to the sender. From the settings section on our web application you can create a new rule, view, delete or make changes to the existing rules. While creating a new rule, you should define the criteria and specify the actions that need to be taken to the incoming e-mails which meets the criteria. The criteria can be defined according to the sender, receiver, content of the message, if it has attachment, size or the importance information. On the other hand, e-mails can be deleted, moved to a specific folder, marked as read or answered should they meet the specified criteria.
38. What is the Lifebox transfer feature and how to use it?
- The lifebox feature will be valid for all e-mails over 50 MB. Usage for e-mails with a size of 10-50 MB will be depending on user preference. According to the e-mail size, YaaniMail sending screens perform user orientation. E-mail attachments will sent with Lifebox transfer link, the link remains active for 21 days. You can use this feature on our web site.
